The living room, kitchen, larger balcony, swimming pool, and garden area are impressive. The accommodation is well-equipped with a bathtub and offers a better scenic view from the balcony. Guests can enjoy a delightful high tea set. In comparison to the Marriott Hotel in Bangkok, the rooms here are notably larger.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a lovely balcony offering a view of the park and the hills in the background. The daily changing of bedsheets added to the hygiene standards. The service was excellent with a range of amenities like room service and housekeeping. The location, though a bit far from Khao Yai center, was surrounded by beautiful gardens and offered a serene ambiance. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the authentic Italian pizza. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and convenient.
Upon arrival, despite checking in late at 4:30 pm, the room was not ready, and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell. However, from the customer perspective, the rooms offer nice balconies with views of the park and hills in the background. The hotel is notably larger than the Marriott Hotel in Bangkok.
